How to make a complaint and return a product

When you buy from our company, you can be sure that the goods are of the highest quality. You can make a complaint about a product up to 12 months from the date of receipt of your order. In the event that the product is covered by another guarantee period, this information is stated on the guarantee card or the delivery confirmation. These rules apply to every product purchased, including products purchased during a promotion.

In a few steps, we will show you how to return goods or make a claim quickly and effectively.

 

How to make a complaint?

Write us an e-mail to: info@loftie.eu. Indicate the reason for your complaint (indication of damage).

Prepare all the necessary information. Your complaint should include:

- the order number of the product you are complaining about

- the reason why you want to complain about or return the product

(damage, malfunction, missing parts, etc.).

- photo documentation showing the product in its entirety and the damage.

Your request will be dealt with by our complaints department. You will receive an answer to your claim by e-mail. We will immediately send information on how to resolve your complaint to the e-mail address provided or contact you by telephone.

 

How do I return products?

We are well aware that returning furniture involves many difficulties. Our company offers customers the possibility to return without incurring additional costs.

Conditions for cancellation:

1) contact our customer service department. Send notification of your wish to withdraw from the contract by e-mail to: info@loftie.eu.

2) the return of the goods will not incur any additional costs.

We will collect the returned goods with our own company transport. The costs for the return and collection of the goods are free of charge. The customer does not bear the transport costs associated with withdrawal from the contract.

 

Deadline for collection of the return order

The customer service department will inform you in advance of the planned collection date. The collection will be carried out within 1-2 weeks from receipt of the notification depending on the region of Poland.

 

When can I return a product?

You have 14 days to return a product.

Remember that you have a 14-day right to return standard goods without giving a reason. In addition, when ordering standard furniture, no down payment is necessary. Therefore, you do not risk anything when buying from us.

 

The products on offer are new, first-quality goods, free of defects. We provide a 12-month customer guarantee on the furniture.

Refunds will be made upon receipt of goods within 7 days to the designated bank account.
