Wir suchen aktuell einen Customer Care Agent (w/m/d) mit fließenden Englischkenntnissen für unser Customer Care Team. In dieser Rolle sind Sie für die kundenbezogene Kommunikation per E-Mail und Telefon verantwortlich. Die Stelle ist in Vollzeit (40 Stunden pro Woche) und ab sofort besetzbar.
Deine Verantwortungen:
● Bearbeitung eingehender Kundenanfragen per Mail und Telefon (keine Akquise)
● Finden Sie sowohl praktische als auch kreative Lösungen für Kundenfragen
● Unterstützen Sie Kunden während ihrer gesamten Reise und bauen Sie eine Beziehung auf

Unser Kundenservice-Team sucht derzeit nach einem neuen Mitglied! Wir bieten eine Vollzeitstelle als Kundendienstmitarbeiter (After Sales, englischsprachig) an. In dieser Rolle sind Sie für die Verwaltung der Kundenzufriedenheit verantwortlich und bearbeiten eingehende Anrufe sowie E-Mails, insbesondere in Bezug auf Bestell- und Lieferaktualisierungen. Außerdem bieten Sie unseren Kunden die entsprechende Unterstützung, wenn die Dinge nicht wie erwartet laufen.
Deine Verantwortungen:
● Kundenanfragen/-probleme lösen und schnell reagieren
● Arbeiten Sie Hand in Hand mit anderen Abteilungen wie Logistik und Vertrieb
● Reklamationen und Retouren beurteilen, bewerten und bearbeiten
● Kundenbeziehungen verwalten -

Sensational product, no similar products on the market. I love the metal and natural wood. Decent both as a bench and as a shoe rack. Solid, heavy, the colour of the wood finish is a lovely warm colour. All the joints are perfect.

A stylish, heavy duty napkin holder. Holds both large and small napkins. Several compartments are handy. I have been looking for something similar for a long time. Thanks to its weight it is very stable on the table and would be perfect for an outdoor café:)
